Iv started this because im not very good at diets etc so if I write down what I eat/drink I can see how gross my intake is and actually start losing the weight!

Pre preg between 7.5 and 8 stone Size 6/8

Preg12.5 stone (eeekk)

Now 9 stone 5 lbs BMI- 27.4 Size - 10/12

My ideal weight is 7 to 7 and a half stone which would make my BMI 20.5 which is pretty much bang in the middle of where it should be.

WHAT I NEED TO LOSE
33 lbs

I need to cut out fizzy drinks and junk food because its what I pretty much live on!
 
Excercise plan
Half hour on my exercise bike
Half hour on the Wii fit
Half hour walk
10 reps on a 3kg weight

Going to try and fit this in on as many days possible
The excercise bike tells me how many cals iv lost
Each 3500 calories is a lb
 
yup so if u eat evn jus 500 less cals a day thats 1lb a week xx
 
Oooo I did not know that! :D good luck hun...wish I only had that amount to loose :( x
 
Day one

Food/drink


2 slices of white bread with low fat marge
3 cup of tea with semi skimd milk
Bowl of Pasta with salsa sauce and a sprinkling of cheese
Homemade lasagna and salad
500 ml of water


Excercise
15 reps on each arm
100 cals on bike
15 mins of wii fit
 
P.s your pregnancy weight is my goal hehe :) x
 
Iv been so bad at this lol! But iv lost 5 lbs! 28 left!
 
Monday 8th June
Food
A cup of tea with semi skimmed milk
A bowl of special K with semi skimmed milk
5 glasses of water
Roast chicken

Excercise
1 hour on wii fit free step
 
wow thats really not much to eat hun, I would be passing out LOL, your doing so well keep it up :) x
 
since I had Jack food dosnt really interest me? Strange since iv always loved my food!
