Ramzi method? 8w3d

Hey ladies!
I just had my first ultrasound this morning and I have heard about Ramzis method but am confused about it and when you switch it and which side means what. I am 8w3d which is exactly what the scan determined as well. This was an abdominal scan.

Guesses???

The left side of the pic looks cut off but from what I can see I'm guessing girl. They all need to be reversed despite what you read about vaginal u/s. They are either done Trans (right to left) this is most pictures or Sagittal up and down. Hth
