I had a private scan done last week and the tech and I were discussing Ramzi theory. He stressed the importance of having your sonographer verbally express the location of the placenta.. something about techs often flipping views of the screen and that it's nearly impossible to tell to the untrained eye because you do not know if the picture has been flipped.
But with that said, in this picture, the placenta *looks* to be on the right hand side of baby (abdominal scan=mirror image), so I would say boy *if* this picture has not been flipped.
Mine was on the right, too, and my tech told me that there's a 9/10 chance of this baby being a boy.. but to not go out and buy blue because there have to be the exceptions that prevent this method from being completely accurate.
