Had my 8w5d prenatal transvag ultrasound. I asked about the placenta sincethe gyn said the yolk sac was very small and she expected the placenta to take over soonish. She pointed it out to me as kind of centered on the bottom, but then my mom said it looks like it wraps around the entire sac, and the gyn said that is normal since it hasn't finished fully developing yet. The second pic was taken before she started twisted and turning around if that matters

So could it still be used for Ramzi method and, if so, what would it be? Thanks!

I couldn't tell you but glad your scan went well!! I remember you from my ttc board!

Guessing girl, just because baby is hanging out over to the left side. But I'm horrible at Ramzi theory! So just a guess, really.

I'm sure left side means boy? As in left side of the picture, therefore right side of the body/uterus.
So I'm saying boy!

Thank you for guessing! Although breaking my heart with two girl guess and one boy lol. I'll know in about two weeks!

Happy Holidays!

I REALLY want a boy. SO and I broke up, and if there is any hope of him being a parent it's only if it's a boy. My mom has also said she wants a grandson. My stepdad says I'll have an easier time single parenting a boy because my twin brothers have already said they will step up as Godfathers/male role models. I know I'll love my child either way, but I will honestly have really bad gender disappointment if it's a girl. That's a big reason why I'm shelling out the $400 to find out early

So sorry to hear you guys broke up! I was hoping you guys would be able to work it out.

My parents are hopeful. I like to prepare for the worst. And my gyn says she has many cases where the woman is hopeful for a turnaround and is disappointed. There's no salvaging us but if he's going to be involved I would hope it is for the right reasons/he does a good job.

If he is only involved if it's a boy then it's not for the right reasons :( I am really sorry it's not worked out for you, it's a shame. Hope you had a nice Christmas :)

Ty! It's still mid afternoon here :). Just wrapping up the early dinner touches then present time :)

Dobby I hope you end up with the baby you want. Having been through gender disappointment I will tell you it's tough... But any baby is a precious precious gift. Completely agree with crazy as well, though, that if the father would only be involved for a boy then his heart isn't in the right place. A little girl can learn just as much from caring uncles as a little boy could, too. I'm so glad that you have such a supportive family! Either way it's going to be ok and you'll love that sweet baby to death.

How are you going Dobby? I missed this post so just thought I would jump in and see how you're travelling?

How could any father, let alone parent, say they would only be involved in their child's life if it's a particular gender? He doesn't deserve to have a part if that is the kind of attitude he will inflict on his child. Your family on the other hand sound amazing and so supportive - I'm sure they will play a big part in your child's life.

I hope you get your blue bundle but at the end of the day, this child has chosen you and come to you for a reason, in the midst of all that is going on in your life. What a blessing and I'm so glad it's finally working out for you Dobby! Can't wait to see your update xx

I can't talk about him. Too many emotions.

I ended up not paying for the panorama. My mom and gyn kind of double teamed me at my prenatal with the do you realize what you can buy your baby with $400? lol I have my nt scan on Wednesday but from what I understand way too early to know (I'll be about 12w3d). My next scan is 2/14 (16w3d). Have a cyst that was causing problems but it's quiet now. Did a bunch of old wives tales and they lean heavily boy so curious
