I am after some advice.
My Lo is 20 weeks, has been on gaviscon since 8 weeks.
His reflux has been playing up for last couple of weeks, so doc put him on ranitidine.
Now my problem is the dosage.
He weighs 16 lb 6 oz so doc. Said to give him 2 5ml spoons 3 times a day.

This seems like a lot to me especially when I struggle to get 2.5 ml of calpol in him without spitting it out.
I did question this with the doc she said its right.
Does anyone have any experience with this medicine.

My lo is on this, she weighs around 16lb and has 1.4 ml 3x per day, she started on 0.5 ml 3x per day but it wasn't working. I have to say that dose seems very high to start with, my gp told me when she increased our dose that it was pretty much as high as they could go, if that didn't work she was going to give something else too.
