Rapid follicle growth on 50mg clomid

Hello, i was diognosed with a huge uterine septum and the whole left side of my uterus is scarred. My FS put me on 50mg clomid, day 3-7, I went for a Ultrasound 2 days ago I had a 1.4 and a 1mm follicles, went in this morning, 2 days later and my follicle was 23mm. and a 1.5mm. I usually ovulate on my own, but he wanted to up my chances. He said if I do not ovulate I will need a injection to release it. Would my other follicle grow bug too? i am only cycle day 12 today. could I ovulate today. Would clomid stop me from ovulating on my own, the follicle are on my left side, maybe there is a chance it can get through all the scarring? Any other people on 50mg clomid and got a big follicle early?

hiya,im currently on my 3rd cycle of clomid, but my first cycle on day 12 i had a 25m follicle went bk day 17 & id ovulated but no luck. fingers crossed 4 u,x

I also was induced this month, it helped me from lagging on for days and days to ovulating the next day after the shot. Also helps with timing BD. I wouldn't test for pregnancy until you are around 12 days after the shot though, otherwise you will get a false positive.

I went in day 13 and it was 25mm and the other 1.5mm. went in day 14 both follicles were gone so I had ovulated on my own, i always do this was to help with the chances. he said i must of ovulated from the other follicle too. lets pray this is my month. All my hormone levels are fine, it is my uterus that is the problem. so more eggs more of chance for me to conceive x
