Am I the only one? I am almost 3 weeks PP and have developed a kinda diaper rash  and it hurts!! I used some diaper cream on it tonight. God I hope it helps.

I switched to cloth pads for my periods as the 'normal' ones irritated my skin so badly. I hated needing the industrial strength ones-so uncomfortable! Sudocrem should help, and make sure you change pads often and keep everything as dry as possible.

Thank you! I ended up using sudocream, and bought some shorter ones and it's pretty much all gone. But I feel so bad for my LO's, I know know how bad they feel with diaper rashes! Jeez

Yeah, i think this happens to quite a few people. Certainly did for me with baby no1. Took a little while to clear up but i had lots of problems down there, so not really a suprise. I used sudocream too and it helped, but until the bleeding stopped it kept returning. I didn't have any at the time to try, but i have since found the bepanthen cream to work better than sudocream on nappy rash, so perhaps that's worth a try? Hope you feel better soon

I know, it's part of the reason I wanted to use cloth. Disposable pads really aren't nice when you're sore! Glad the Sudocrem cleared it up for you- it's good stuff! :)

i had this after corey! i used sudacrem, changed my pad more n made sure i had a bath everyday and it went x

Yep, I feel so sorry for LO now! I've never worn pads, only after Riley, and now, so not used to them!

I used sudocream but wasn't sure if it was the right thing to use!

Coconut oil is great, I use it quite often for my skin and also for my little one's after bath oil massage
