Rash on 19 month old

My son has developed this under skin, not itchy rash all over his body (with the exception of his face) some point today.

Took a 4 hour flight yesterday after being gone for a week, we have 3 cats but have had since he was born. No new food, detergent or whatnot, and no fever that I can tell. Has been teething for almost a week, 3 eye teeth are bulging and about to cut.

Has had Roseola before but had a fever last time, hasn't been sick for a while.

Any thoughts?

Pretty bad on his feet. He is quite hot now and lethargic, and just asked to go to bed an hour early after not eating supper).

If he has a fever and is lethargic, you should take him in to be seen by a doctor.

Yuck, sorry... my dd got it when she was 3 months old, was hospitalized .. hope your lo feels better soon!!!
