rash or??

So my elbows been itchy for a, week, is it a rash or psoriasis?? It itchy and feels dry

Def not psoriasis. I have psoriasis and this sits in patches of skin where there is a plaque of skin. The cells produce too quickly with psoriasis. As pp says, just check with your doc. Hope it's sorted soon
