Reached my first target!

After my DD was prem, I've set myself little targets to make this time, so instead of aiming for 37-40 weeks like most my first target was to make it past 28 weeks, which I've done!! I know I know, simple things! Lol but I'm so glad I've reached my first target! Next stop, 30 weeks! Xx
