My husband and I have been together for quite the years, and because we are young (I'm 19 he's 21) we haven't really thought about getting pregnant. We just recently (about a year ago) quit using protection and we're kinda "if it happens awesome, if not okay" but we haven't been tracking or anything like that. However, that all changed, about two months ago when my mom told me she had cancer again. Now my mom's health hasnt been the greatest and neither have to his parent's. So we've thought about it and decided that maybe we should speed it along. I just don't know where to start. I went out yesterday and bought prenatal vits (heard folic acid helps out ) and some one a day men's for him (for zinc) and downloaded a period/ovulation tracker. But that's about all I know to do. Hopefully, you ladies can help me out with this one.

Only other thing you can do is buy yourself some ovulation tests to give you a better idea of when it is you're ovulating. Sorry to read about your mum.

Thank you. And it's okay. She's a strong woman. I've watched her beat it before and I know she will do it again.
