real trees when are they......

sold? when do they start selling them? we're having a real tree this year and im dying to put up the decs.

I'd imagine they'd start selling them in december...you can most probably order then now though. Thing with a real tree is if you're wanting it up now which is more than a month before christmas day wont it be l wilted and dead and going brown for christmas?
Not very experienced with real trees but i do know they go off as last year my neighbour got one like 3 weeks before xmas and on xmas eve they had to do a mad dash to b&q for a new false tree as theres had gone all brown and minging lol. Maybe they just had a shit one to begin with though lol. Just something to think about I suppose

I think i may put our bedroom tree up now since he's at the pub just to piss him off later

thank you i hadnt even thought of that i may buy a false one then?? we had a false but we through it last xmas and we're hoping to move soon so we didnt want something extra to move but i may just get one anyway then store it at my dads house.

I think the trees we buy are sold on the street in the town next to us, second weekend in december. Something like that. We let them drop a bit before putting them in the house a few days before xmas.

We always have a real living tree, they are slightly more expensive but as long as you water them they can last forever, ours have never wilted, we usually plant ours in the garden in the new year. We usually buy ours on the first weekend in December. I love real trees, they smell lovely.
