Want to wake up and be told this past week has been a nightmare but its not.

How do u cope when ur husband tells u he no longer loves u but he cant think why.

to them tell u next day hes sorry n he does love u and promises it will be ok but he needs us to have time apart.

to decide a week later he dun think ur marriage is worth saving even for the kids?

why cant i stop loving him too?

It's very hard to hear those words. My marriage was toxic from week 1, yet when my oh said those words it cut me deep. He has said a lot worse since though.
So I'd say go easy on yourself, give yourself time. Your love won't disappear overnight especially when you have kids together. But you most certainly deserve better than how he is treating you, never forget that.
