Really dry skin on legs

All of a sudden my legs skin became really dry and looks as if its peeling (haven't been on the sun in month). Does anyone know a reason? Could it be pregnancy related? Any solutions?? Lotion works only for a bit.

I think dry skin is pregnancy releated, i mostrize my skin like twice a day and use my bio oil everyone compliments how soft my skin is always.. i swear my self tanner though helps wonders as well i use the fake bake flawless

I've had eczema my whole life but since I got pregnant it has worsened 100x especially on my legs. I can't even wear shorts b/c my legs look horrendous with the dry patches I have, some of which no matter how much lotion I put on they still end up cracking & bleeding. So it must be a pregnancy thing, hoping it goes away after baby is born!
