Really light period

My first post after lurking for ages. I’ve been TTC for a few months, but this cycle I have a very odd period. It came right on time cd29, but it’s super light. It’s more than spotting, and the blood seem fresh (sorry tmi) but no where near my normal flow. I usually use super or super plus tampons most of the 5 days, but I am hardly filling a regular one in 6 hours. Any ideas what might cause this? Im new to all this so second guessing everything!
