Really loud gurgling noises coming from my belly ?

Hi all, I am 17 weeks tomorrow. For the last few days I have had a really loud gurgling noise coming from the right side of my belly, even though Im not hungry. It does not feel like gas/wind as I do not need to 'let it out' lol (tmi!) Any ideas why Im experiencing these loud noises lol

I had the same thing when I was pregnant! I swear it was the wee stinker farting inside me! never actually asked my midwife about it but I may sound silly but I'm positive that was it! even to this day Kian farts like mad! Haha
