Hey hun, I went through a period of not sleeping well a few weeks back and it has passed now, I'm sure it will for you too. :flower:

If hubby's snoring is really bothering you, could you try having some other source of noise in the room to distract you? Like a radio on low volume or an electrical appliance buzzing quietly away. I've been having tinnitus for the last week and this really helps take my mind off the annoying ringing.

Is there a reason he snores and could this be addressed? My hubby had a habit of snoring, especially when he slept on his back, which was due to being a bit overweight. As soon as he lost a few pounds, the snoring stopped.

If it's really bad, how would he feel about a few nights on the sofa or in a guest bedroom so you can get some solid sleep?

And this might seem a strange suggestion lol, but have you tried swapping which side of the bed you sleep on? Sometimes a simple change in routine can help.

thanks! the noise thing, thats what bothers me about the snoring i like complete silence, so noise in the room irritates me more

i dont think theres any particular reason hes snores ie. hes not overweight or anything like that i think its just something thats always been there

also we are quite pushed for space at the moment we are staying at my parents house while our kitchen gets done at home, its nearly finished now and should be back home by monday so i think im gonna talk to him more about it then rather that just stressing at him constantly

i will try changing sides of the bed though! never tried that, fingers crossed it may work :)

thanks for your help x

My OH keeps me awake!
I find it so hard to get comfy to go to sleep, I hate being leaned into or cuddled now and it seems everytime I do get comfy, he wants to cuddle into me! Lol

I also think my mattress is a problem.

I spent the night at my mums and she made my sister give me her bed (id have been happy on the blwo up bed!) but OMG I had the Best nights sleep!! Didn't even wake up when my mum left at 8, or after that when my sister moved into my mums bed! Lol!
