really need advice form you lovely ladys plz also question about soy isoflavones

hiya really need advice my af is all over the place last month was 17 days after last one this month was 32 days got test done at 21 days after last af and they said I didn't ovulate but I think it was 2 early especially if af didn't start till 32 days this month any way I also got told today that the biopsy I got done shows my womb lining is thining obviously possible early menopause thing is I just got my first batch of 100mg of soy isoflavones in post today and was wondering do you think I should still take them and if so what days do you think I should take them as there is so many didffrent storys on what day I'm sorry if my post doesn't make sense to any one its just that this year might or even the next few months might be my last chance of having a baby iv been trying for 23 years I had a mc in 2007 then 2009 and my baby boy was born at 36.5 weeks and passed away 42 minutes after xx

Personally I don't think I would take the Soy. It seems like your dr is finding out what is going on with your system, soy is not proven to work and tends to just mess with your hormones.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear of your losses. So very tragic and my heart genuinely goes out to you. 💜

Regarding the soy isoflavones, I know I took them when I was trying to conceive, because I was trying anything I could and I had heard a lot of success stories from taking soy. Unfortunately, I don't remember now when I took them, but I remember that I took them for two or three cycles and was not pleased with the results so I threw out the bottle.

But I will say, one thing you may want to try, given that your lining is thin, is red raspberry leaf tea. That actually increased my lining so much that I stopped taking it because my periods were so heavy. You can buy it at the grocery stores now, sometimes it's in the health food section.
