really scared about unusual pain

Hi, im getting really concerned about an unusual pain i have, it started about a week ago and its mostly on the right hand side but very rarely on the left. It comes in waves and just feel really sore, its not extreamly painful just uncomfortable, i also get either a dull or shooting pain going from my groin right up to my belly button, it sometimes feels like someone is pulling my belly button from the inside down to groin area. Anyone else experience anything like this. Im hopeing its my body trying to get back to normal after giving birth 8 weeks ago. My periods havent started yet but i had blood on toilet paper the other week and i was getting brownish discharge for a week and still getting it a bit now, not sure if that is anything to do with it.
