Really struggling to decide on a boys name - would love some help!

Hi! We have our anatomy scan in under three weeks & I would love to have a boys name decided beforehand. We have a girls name picked from when I was pregnant with our son but with our son we didn't have a list, we decided on his name & loved it so didn't discuss any other options. Now I'm stumped!

We have a shortlist of: Alexander/Alex, Emmet, Evan, Liam, Matthew & Ryan.

I tend to like short names & would LOVE to hear any suggestions!!

Thanks so much for your suggestions! Two of my friends have had Jacks in the past two years so I'd best give that one a miss! AND I know someone currently pregnant with a new little Wyatt! I really like Luke & Mark. David was my parents "plan b" for my brother so I know at least my Mam will approve!

If you like Alexander but prefer shorter names I would consider Xander or Zander, depending on how you want to spell it. We picked Xander as a middle name if we have a boy.

I LOVE Nathan! It was my choice for DS but DH said no Mind you he suggested Aidan & now doesn't like it so I must check if he has changed his mind about Nathan!

I also like Ian! And James is DS middle name - and my Dads name
