really struggling with boys names :(

i am finding it so hard to settle on a boys name. atm everyone refers to him as dexter, which i like as it can be shortened to dex but it just reminds me of a cartoon i used to watch lol. i thougt of dexter nicky george as nicky is my cousin who i am very close to and george is my dads dad. whatever i coose will have nicky as a middle name. who likes dexter? any other suggestions?

How about Nicholas/Nick/Nico as a first name in honor of your cousin Nicky?

Honestly, i don't like the name Dexter.... but i live in the US. It seems, from BnB, that the name is well liked in the UK.... so i think it's one of those names that depend on location.

I think of a dorky kid being named Dexter... to be honest... bc of "Poindexter"

But -- if the name feels right & everyone is already calling the baby that -- then they must all like the name? Finding a name your friends & family all like is a big accomplishment!

thanks! i think its a bit geeky too (but thats because of the cartoon i used to watch) lol i dont think itll end up being dexter. im edging towards damien now
