AHHHHHHHH Im soooooo upset. I had a HSG on Monday that showed L/tube fine, R/tube blocked with hydrosalpinx. Ive got to wait till Dec now for my next hospital app but I think the next step is a lap and either removal of tube or attempt to clear it. Im just gutted. My best friend announced she is pregnant today with number 2 and in the 26 months that Ive been ttc, Ive sat through sooooo many pregnancies of everyone else but me! Im not very good at talking about it, even to my hubby, but really need to talk this through with someone. This is my first real attempt at posting in the hope that I hear something positive from all you ladies.
Im not a happy bunny at all :(

Well Mrs_d42, I can relate. Today is NOT a good day for me either...I have been TTC #1 for 22 months, and I thought today i was gonna get my BFP (for my first time ever) as my AF was 3 days late. Well...nope..got my period instead...AND found out my ex is having twins!! I feel like a want to crawl under a rock. So hun, I totally understand! I know tomorrow I will wake up feeling ready to try again....and thats just how we have to get through these tough times. Cry when we need to, laugh when we can, and keep trying. I pray that one day you will get your BFP!!! Baby dust to you hun!!!

oh hun i totally know how you feel. ttc 15 motnhs. I went for a lap/dye on monday thinking that endo was my only probelm. Woke up to find out that i have no right tube what so ever. App it is extremely rare someone is born without both or one tube! Also the right ovary is small. I also had endo behind my left ovary but that was removed. I was just sooo shocked i didnt really say anything. The Dr said i was unique, i was like, 'cheers but i'd rather not be'.

Try not to worry about it too much hun, they might be able to unblock it. I have done some research as well and if they do take it away, as long as you have your ovaries and there is still eggs being produced and you have your other tube for them to get to the uterus then your chances are still good :hugs:

Thanks laustiredttc and stayinhappy. Its so hard to stay positive. Ive had 2 very early m/c, both within 6 months of starting the ttc journey, so what I dont understand is whether the hydrosalpinx caused the m/c's or is as a result of them, which would possibly explain why Ive had no BFP in the 20 months since my last m/c. But hearing the news from my HSG has really knocked me when usually Im very good at staying positive. My next app is Dec so Im going to find it very hard waiting till then....
