So I want to start a diet in order to lose some weight, steadily and gradually until I feel more comfortable with myself. I'm also going to start back at the gym/swimming to help this along.
However, there are so many diets out there and since I have never tried one before I am at a loss. So please, recommend me a good diet, easy to stick to and one that doesn't leave me feeling like a burst, empty balloon
