Recommended..or not...Walkie Talkies?

I'm STILL looking for some decent walkie talkies for my brother, who is 3 years old.

Most of the reviews I've read for the character ones are crud! They don't work... Can anyone recommend a decent set that are suitable for a 3/4 year old?

ELC ones are apparently awful aswell. I think he'd prefer some that work properly, than look nice but don't..

Oh! I didn't realise you could do it the other way round, thought it was just reviews for things people have already, rather than requests!
