Red bleed/spotting at 6dpo please help!

Hi ladies, yesterday at 6dpo I slept in til midday (not normal) and I went to loo to find after wiping that I had red blood. Then about and hour later I had cramps/pain on right side only and on the TP was small clots. This lasted for about 3hrs the cramps/pain then just spotting after 7hrs hours it had stopped all together. It's now midday here again and I'm spotting again this time it's dark red and not much at all.

I would like to know what you think please . Of course I am hoping it's IB but most of what you read on the web is a scant amount if blood or spotting that lasts for up to 7days.. This wasn't what I would have considered IB. Oh and af isn't due for 9days! Could it be a mid cycle bleed?

So I'm cd26 today and the bleed stopped two days ago. Neg HPT's and not sure what's going on...and 13dpo I think.
