Has anyone ttc/regulated their AF with red clover?
I was suggested by my specialist to take mononessa to thicken my uterine lining and I'm really on the fence about taking a estrogen and progestin bc mix
I've been completely off bc for a year- following was all progestin only bc. Depo and Implanon.
If all my blood work came back good, not low in estrogen, why am I told to take this?
I want to avoid bc at all costs. But if someone could please give me some background as to why I was prescribed this, I'd be happy.
