Red, Flaky, Skin on Nose (pic)

Does anyone know what this is? I'm not sure if it's pregnancy related or not, I've never had this before. It's been there for three or four weeks, it's sore, red, and flaky. I've tried Neosporin, unscented lotion, cocoa butter, aloe, and nothing at all, with no results. Anyone seen this before?

Looks like eczema/dermatitis. I used to get it on my nose here too. And have had it worse during pregnancy but on the side of my chin, I would say go to the pharmacy and ask them what it is, but seeing as they won't prescribe you anything because you're pregnant your best bet is the gp xx

I've suffered with similar! Used sudcrem(can't spell sorry) worked a treat x
