redundancy questions :)

Hoping someone can help me here because I don't have a clue! I'm being made redundant at the end of January - I've been in my job since September 2010 so I've completed two full years of service, I worked full time from Sept 2010 - Sept 2012 and have been part time since then and I am getting two weeks wages (stat redundancy pay) for part time! :( even though I worked full time for most of the time I've been with the company, is this allowed?

I'm afraid so. It can sometimes be a trick that companies do when paying redundancy ie reducing hours for 'necessaity' and then terminating employment. This is normally in the case of enhanced redundancy pay though.
