I am team yellow and naming baby with an R name for my grandmother (who was ruth). We do not want to use the name Ruth (was already used by my cousin). I was thinking of the name Reeve. It works well because my grandmother's hebrew name was rivka (again, I dont want to use that). I like that it works with the name, but is a bit edgyer, more modern.

I was thinking of this as a girls name, but I guess it is unisex.

My son is named Myles, named after husband's grandfather myer.

Any other R suggestions for either sex?

I was also going to suggest Reeva! Reeve sounds like a boy to me.

Funny I know a family with a boy Miles and girl Reva!!
Reeve could work but seems too plain to me

I think Reeve could be unisex, but it does seem like more of a boy name. I like Reeva for a girl!

Reeva is that little bit prettier imo.

I also like Reeva better for a girl, Reeve looks very masculine to me.

Reeve is very masculine to me also and sounds like a surname. Reeva is cute.
