Reflexology anyone?!

I have my first appt booked this friday and im a bit scared espec looking up the side effects from it!! lol xx

I've been before, so has DH. Neither of us had side effects but it can hurt a bit on certain areas of your feet.

I think it made my neck and back better though!

I thought I replied to this earlier? Apparantly not lol, must be going mad! I had two reflexology sessions and I fell pregnant after it. I'm sure it was connected. I was really 'crunchy' in my heel areas - ovaries and reproductive areas. It was painful, certainly not relaxing, but definately worth it!!!

I had it, not for the same purpose as you though. I found it relaxing, no side effects whatsoever. Some parts of my foot were a bit tender to start off with but after a little bit they were good.
