Refridgerating bottles

we put the water in the bottles then fridge them once there cool enough then just add the powder when needed

I just make mine when I need them, I use kettle water ...put it in the bottle first then put that in cold water to cool it down and then add the formular.

I've got it in my head that after 2hrs gotta start again and get rid of the formula that was made up.

So Im not sure now?

My HV said its bad to do that, but we put the boiled water in the kettle, once its colled, we put them in the fridge and add the formula when needed
