Emma has had a bottle - formula or EBM - since she was about 2 weeks old. So she is used to them.
I have recently moved from Aptamil to HIPP - and she was fine during the switch, and happily took the HIPP formula.
Then last night, all of a sudden she started refusing the bottle. I mean REALLY refusing it. She kept smacking the thing out of OH's hand.
So I ended up breast feeding her, but it hurt like hell and well, I dont think she got much but she had workd herself up so much that she fell asleep after a few mins.
This morning as usual she was breastfed in the morning, as she always has been. But when I went to give her a bottle she again went nuclear. She will take it in her mouth, and she will chew it and move it with her tongue whilst crying. Then she will bite down on it and glare at me, and just hang on to the bottle if I try to remove it. Then she howls again.
Thing is that in the past 3 days her latch when breastfeeding has been really really shallow. Noy like before.
I dunno what to do. I dont want her to get dehydrated
