DD is just a little over 3 weeks old, she was FF from birth through choice but the last week or so I've been really regretting the decision I made not to breastfed. Call it hormones or whatever but I can't get over the immense feeling of guilt that I have. I never BF'd DD1 and I was perfectly content with that decision at the time, and I don't know if maybe it's because DD2 is our last that I'm feeling a bit like I've missed out.

My milk has dried up, although not completely it's not as free flowing as it was when it first came in. I've been researching relactstion and whilst it looks difficult it certainly seems achievable but am I being naive?

Has anyone else relactated successfully or had any experience that you could share with me? All hints and advice welcome :)

It is challenging but definitely doable hun. Here is a thread from a lady on here who successfully relactated: https://babyandbump.momtastic.com/b...e-up-bf-3wks-she-latched-herself-morning.html

Fenugreek can help to increase supply, as can foods like oatmeal. Trying to get her latched on as often as possible will help to increase milk supply too.

Good luck :)
