Relaxation music?

Does anyone have any good suggestions for music I can use to relax to and possibly use at birth? Maybe nature sounds or similar x

I personally dont like nature sounds and dont find them very soothing - im a massive fan of music and would rather be listening to music that i like from bands that i love.

You could get a cd of different sounds and try it out before the birth to see what you find relaxing

I love natural sounds as I'm quite a Mother Earth type of person! Natural all the way for me

have you tried amazon or ebay etc for a mixed cd cheap to have a listen to?

I got a CD of rainforest sounds on ebay as a teaching resource. Maybe try on there?

iTunes have loads of natural sounds.... Water, trees etc... I'm partial to a bit of pan pipes for relaxation too

My fiance really liked the whale music.. really loud so as to drown out her whaling! I didn't mind it either
