residancy orders

So im having a few problems with FOB, im going to see a solictor on wednesday has anyone got any info or residancy orders? shes advised me to apply for one

my friend was told with a residencey order you have full parental rights if you fob is on the boirth certicacte then he has 50/50 at the mo, which means if he was to take lo and refuse to give her back theres nothing you could do and you would have to fight through the courts to get her back

my friends fob did this and it took her 3 weeks to get her back thats a extreme case but it can happen x
