Restrictions for SCH - tmi

Okay I know my doctor said no sex because of the SCH and that's fine we have stuck to it. But is an orgasm in general still an option? I haven't had any bleeding in almost 2 weeks. I woke up to one this morning and now it's nagging me wondering if it was dangerous. My guess is it's okay and intercourse is a no no because that can cause bleeding even without having a SCH.

I don't know what sci is but orgasims cause the uterus to contract.
