i have told him i want him gone, and that status makes me really nervous.
am i being over-concerned?

i agree he could be just a bit hot headed right now, youve told him you want him gone, if he doesnt respect your wishes you can get a injuntion? (i think thats what it is lmao i really cant think of the word) i would also print anything like that status or anything you find threatening off and keep it for your benefit i hope this helps a little although my advice may not be very good as havent been in this predicament

i agree, i think the bat is way too extreme. him acting this way will result in a lot of stress which is not good for either you or your LO. it's your twos safety that is the main thing here! hope things sort themselves out
