Retroverted cervix?

I recently started tracking my cervix position and I think I may have a retroverted uterus? When i reach my cervix the opening is always pointing towards my back side. I'm not sure how to explain it but I almost have to roll it around to get the opening of the cervix pointing down towards my vaginal opening. I think this may be causing me pain during deeper penetration and I'm wondering if anyone has had luck getting this adjusted? I like to not have pain during BD..:nope:

Mine is the same. I don't know if there's anything to be done for it. Not to get too graphic, but DH sometimes seems to bang on it, sort of, and it doesn't feel great. I do know that at one point in the cycle, the cervix gets softer and lower. This may be when it is painful.

The same thing happens with me and DH. I haven't been seeing an actual OBGYN when I get my checkups and when I mentioned painful BD to het she literally said nothing. I think I'll go in and see an actual doctor this time but i have to wait till Jan when my new/better insurance kicks in. I hope that it's possible to reposition it. I read that it can move during pregnancy or for other reasons so I'm hoping it can be manually repositioned too.

Yeah I have no idea if it can be moved in any permanent way. But the doctor would certainly know! I hope they can find you some relief!
