Well this month is potentially my last as a full time mum, I stopped work in June 2005 when I was due with Ewan and I made the choice to stay at home with him, it was a hard choice as I also loved my job as a veterinary nurse.
I have been looking for a job since December 2011 and been applying for anything and every thing and kind of been shoved to one side because I have kids! But this job came up I was originally looking for part time but nothing fitted in, and this job is full time so it going to be a big shock tot he system.
Mum is a bit depressed as we used to spend Thursday mornings together and do our weekely shoppping and I will miss that time. So I now have to sort child care Robyn being the main problem really as she not in school yet , Ewan is sorted luckily. Then we have to sort someone to pick the kids up as sometimes hubby works late or away and I have late finishes of 7 pm.
So we will get there, I feel sad that I won't be having so much time with the kids but hopefully that will become more quality time rather than taking each other for granted.
