Return of First Trimester Symptoms

Have any of you had a return of some of the nausea and general icky feeling you had in the first trimester?
It seems like I'll have a few really great days full of energy and then BAM! I'll wake up and eat some cereal and the tummy cramps and nausea will be right back. And the weepy feelings right along with it all day long.
It started back around a week ago after feeling fantastic for about a month.
I'm thinking it's surge in hormones for a growth spurt.
Just looking for some reassurance that this too shall pass...
