Just dropping by to give my support to you ladies. I know I have posted this in the past (and whilst TTC) but I really strongly suggest, if you haven’t tried it, a supplement called Rhodiola Rosea / arctic root.

Its a supplement which helps you focus and boost your energy levels, but has a very good side effect; your O will become really regular and you will feel it very strongly. Its helped my friends, sisters AND a lady I recommended here on the forums to get pregnant.

If you have tried them all, I really suggest this. :thumbup:

Edit: I dont work with the supplement, I just want to pass on what possibly helped me :D
 
I took this with agnus castus for 4 months and I'm now nearly 7 weeks pregnant!! Don't know if it was the herbs or not but we were just about to reach 1 yr ttc when I got my bfp!

The ones that I took was 250, once a day. There are plenty of places to buy it, boots, online, health span and so on.

You might not remember me in a few months time but it would be great if you could let me know how it went.

Was the nicest feeling when I got an email thanking me for the advice Ive given. She told me that it worked for her with the supplement after 2 months. (she had been trying for 9 before that...)

In Sweden this is used when TTC and discussed all the times of pregnancy and TTC forums. I was surprised that it hasnt been mentioned as much in other countries.

When did you take Rhodiola, before/after ovulation?
was the only thing you get it for a BFP?

You take 1 first day of your period, then 1 every day until your ovulation, for me it was about 2 weeks after 1th day of period. Might be different for everyone, I only got a 2-3 days period.

Good luck with TTC, the wait is aweful, but lovely once you get there :flower:
 
thank you so much for posting emsie, I am definitely going to try this next cycle! I have long cycles so really want to try anything that might make me O earlier :D

Friend of mine just got her BFP after eating this for 2 months so I am bumping this thread for you ladies.

She ate it + royal jelly.
