OK, My OH and I have been having a horrible time with names..well mostly me I'm so picky!! Anyway, So far only ones I like is Damien and Riley for my bouncing baby boy (BBB). Damien is the first one I found I liked..He didn't like it at first but warmed up to it and now everytime someone refers to my BBB as Damien it just doesn't seem to fit... But I ran across Riley the other night and fell inlove with it.. Then I even remembered that's the name I wanted to name my son when I was little anyway! I know it's becoming increasing a unisex name but that doesn't bother me so please don't leave comments saying Riley is a girls name or it sounds better as a girls name because its UNISEX! My OH and I are both leaning toward Riley but we have NO idea what middle names we'd use and I think I'd prefer an alternative spelling but all alternative spellings are to make it more feminine.. NOT what I need! With Damien we liked James, But I dreaded the nickname DJ (I know a punk named DJ and I HATE him!) He will be taking my last name for now (B) but he'll probably end up with his daddies last name (S) so I need a middle name that would go good with either initial! I'd appreciate all feedback for alternative spellings and middle names! :hugs:

could be like ryley ,a friend of mine lil bro called riley, and one my gurl mates surname is riley, its ok for a girl or a boys name tho i rekon aswell :D

To me it is more a boys name :) i love it too but i don't think it will go with the surname. there is also Rhiley but I'm liking Riley :D x

I've always loved that name, ive seen it spelled Rileigh and Ryleigh

I love the name Riley, and to me is def a boys name. Alternative spellings ive seen are: Ryley, Ryleigh, Rylee. All of these look pretty masculine spellings to me . xx

I love the name Riley, especially for a boy! What about spelling it Reilly? Or Rylie?

Reilly -

Origin: Gaelic

Meaning: Courageous, valiant

I have also started hearing the name Rylan used for a boy - which is trendy & cool! I love it!

I like riley for a boy & to me its defo more a boys name anyway, i even thought about it for bump :) Personally for a boy i'd stick with Riley , no good picking middle names though sorry x
