Just went to feed my bunny whos 10months old and he was dead?! No idea how or why?

About a month ago he did a runner in the rain but came back shocked and scared so we moved his hut into the shed, and hes been like a diffrent bunny, friendly, going out im garden and coming back in when called even letting us pick him up, when before he was jumpy.
Went it and hed died, but looks likd he jad pass away last night/this morning as he was soild :.( dont know what to do with his bodh, oh put him into two black sacks :.(
