So I applied to be a Xmas temp at my local River Island store and have booked myself an interview next Friday. The thing is, I've just googled it and it seems that it is a group interview and you are expected to wear their clothes and be on trend - this is all well and good except I am 24 weeks pregnant and wouldn't fit in anything from that store lol! Also I am really bad at interviews, and even worse during group efforts (especially if I am the big pregnant lady hahaha). Just wondering if there is any point bothering to go? I do already have a job, this would just be some extra pennies :) xx

Hmm. I wouldn't fit in their clothes before I got preggers and I wouldn't have a clue what the latest trend was if I fell over it :haha:
Id give it a go, you never know hun good luck x

Maybe just get a baggy jumper or baggy smart shirt...you can still look nice and be pregnant! PS) you're due the day before me :)

Anyways, I would defo go for it, you dont know until you try!!xxx

Well you may not get it then, but it would give you practice at interviews.

I applied for jobs and when got an interview though, of chance wili I get this but I always thought its good practice and someone get you noticed for the future, and I have often got those jobs!

I remember one job I was really under qualified for and I completely balls up the interview but I got it!

Oh I'm not saying I don't look nice lol! I have some very nice maternity clothes, but they are neither River Island nor on trend haha.

Yeah I think I might give it a try but I might pop in the store earlier in the week and see what the other girls are like  xx

And yeyyy for Feb babies!! :happydance:

I would go too, it cant hurt to check out the competion :haha:

I also hate group interviews but the more interviews you go to, the more practice you get x

I would give it a go hun, what have you got to lose? :D
