RLT when to start taking them?

Going to get RLT tablets but I can’t remember when I started taking them last time or how much?

My midwife said I could drink the tea at 30 weeks but I didn’t ask about tablets :/

I started with a cup a day at 31 weeks, this morning (33 weeks), I have started two cups a day.

Then when I get to 35 I will up it to 3 cups x

I started them from around 33 weeks. I swear by them! I didn't take them with the others and my first was 7 days over and second 2 days over. My third, the one I took them every day from 33 weeks and he was on his due date and my active labour was TWO MINUTES he literally flew out haha. I had no tears or grazes either and he was 8lb 9oz. Midwives were amazing. I'm gonna start them at 33 weeks again
