Roughly 12dpo, miscarriage in July VERY nervous. Eyes please

Hi ladies,
So like the title says I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks in July this year. I am super nervous as it seems very faint according to my app(s) I am due AF anything from today till Friday.
Took a test this morning and this is the result what do you ladies think... x

Yes unfortunately it's another faint line no progress at all top test yesterdays

Barely visible line on this morning test, so thats a MMC, miscarriage & now chemical. I just hope AF arrives quickly. Then I hope my 2nd sticky rainbow is 3rd time lucky xx
