Can anybody recommend what type of royal jelly to use? Capsule/powder/mixed with honey.
Also, does anybody have one of those ovulation microscope that tests saliva ferning. Are they any good?
Any other natural supplements. I will try anything now. I've had enough after 2 years and am on a downer
