runny poos

Alex had his 12month injections last wednesday and since his poos have been very runny and watery and he hasnt been eating much. He's drinking plenty of milk and water. Im not sure whether its down to that or teething as i think a tooth is coming through at the back.
My question is its been nearly a week now when should i worry?
