Sadness post-ovulation

Hi all, strange question for you. This is our first month TTC and I have been tracking my ovulation. I ovulated a couple days ago and since then have had an overwhelming feeling of sadness and fatigue. Everyone feels sad here and there, but I feel very, very teary and tired and it has lasted day and night. Just wanted to put it out there to see if this is "normal" or if anyone else experienced this. Thanks x
