Has anyone used the trolleys with built in baby seats at Sainsburys, with a 3 or 4 month old?
Our local sainsburys has those trolleys with a flat bed that you can put car seats on. However I think they've only got one or two as in 3 and a half months I've only been able to get one once! I normally use the small trolleys that aren't very deep and put her car seat in, this leaves enough room behind for a few bits of shopping but I can't do a "big shop" this way. I've started going to Tesco for big shops as they have plenty of suitable trolleys, but its 30 mins away (sainsburys is 5 mins) and they don't stock everything I want despite being a massive store.
I need to do a big shop today and need to go to sainsburys as need to use their pharmacy (tesco doesn't have one). I was thinking of trying putting her in the trolley baby seat but are they supportive enough for a 15 week old (she's on 50th percentile with strong neck)? They all look hard - I've got a small blanket that wouldn't offer much padding or a big one that probably won't fold down small enough.
